GIBBS FARM

Each seventeen 1-bedroom farm cottage holds its own story connected to Tanzanian culture and history told through unique furnishings and art collections. Famed for outdoor showers, you have a choice of twin queen or king-sized bedrooms swathed in a soft mosquito net. The cottages have recently been refurbished with modern touches to accentuate their classic charm and comfortably accommodate solo travelers, couples, and families.
Two farmhouses, Bustani and Deutsches, offer the perfect retreat for bigger families and those traveling together. Each spacious house features two en-suite bedrooms (complete with outdoor showers) and a private living area designed to juxtapose antiques with contemporary Tanzanian art. The gardens and private spaces of both farmhouses afford guests the opportunity to enjoy the tranquil beauty of nature against a backdrop of singing birds.
