"After breakfast and perhaps a final short game drive in Nyerere (depending on your mood), we set off for Mikumi National Park. The landscape changes, and even the drive itself is an experience. In the evening, we reach our accommodation on the edge of the park."

"Mikumi is often called the 'little Serengeti,' and rightly so! The Mkata floodplains are teeming with buffalo, wildebeest, zebras, and giraffes. Lions are often well-sighted here, and with luck, leopards too. A full day for intensive game drives."

"Today we leave the savannah and head to the Udzungwa Mountains, part of the 'Eastern Arc Mountains,' also called the 'Galapagos of Africa.' En route, there's an opportunity to visit a local Maasai village and learn about their culture. In the afternoon, we reach our lodge at the foot of the mountains and can already enjoy the fresh mountain air."
